QoS and QoE assurance in modern telecommunications

This course provides and expert-level training on principles, systems, techniques and approaches to QoS and QoE assurance in various modern communications systems. Emphasis is placed on QoS/QoE challenges in modern IP-based service environments. The attendees are provided with detailed insight into quality assurance in VoIP, NGN, Internet and IPTV systems, followed by practical experience and real-world demos of QoS measurements procedures and techniques, and a system for QoE service assessment.
