The course provides latest insight into top-end IPv6 related practices and use cases in professional operator environments. A comprehensive overview of IPv4 to IPv6 migration challenges and approaches is presented including details on technological solutions. Details and practical experience is provided to the attendees on implementing and operating IPv6-based technologies and solutions in operator access and core networks. Guidelines for network architects and engineering designers are given on advanced IPv6 mechanisms and technologies deployment, configuration, and testing and verification, topped with hands-on experience in PPPv6 client and router configurations and IPv4/IPv6 and MPLS/IPv6 router tunneling configurations.
