    • Embedded platforms, mobile phones, mobile user devices, sensors and sensor networks
  • Review of communication technologies that enable M2M
    • WBAN, WPAN, WLAN, WWAN
  • Managing devices and applications remotely (OTA)
  • Example of an application M2M - IoT: Technology NFC as an example of telco M2M enabler
    • Examples of the services, Trusted Service Manager (TMS), security, identifying the user context, algorithms for determining the user context
  • Example of an application M2M - IoT: Smart Energy
    • Example of services for the electrical and telco distributors, devices that enable Smart Energy services, communication interfaces, management and control and the requirements for middleware, algorithms for increasing the energy efficiency, applications for end users, current trends in the world
  • Example of an application M2M - IoT: Trusted service manager (TMS)
